bought it from a retired USAF Captain for $8 grand back quite a few years ago, 1987 to be exact. That's my 86 Mustang GT sitting in the background...

my brother has a pal that has one 427 engine and in linsdale blue. the Mako Shark in its glory!

I would have prefered a 65/66/67 Stingray with the hot 327/350HP small block. The 427's didn't handle worth a fuck. Way too heavy in the front end with that enormous cast iron 427 block...

my sister's boyfriend had a 67 came with a 327 later he put in a 427 then his engine was 454 automatic.

I don't like side pipes on most cars, but I do on that one. Very nice Mike.

Great car, hopefully someday when elementary school, high school, college tuitions are covered I will be in the market. Mt favorite vette aside from brand new would be the 63 split window coupe.
